Check-in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and well-maintained. Plus, the location was fantastic, close to many attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the spacious feel of the Superior Twin Room, perfect for families.

The pillows could definitely be better.

I have stayed here before and would stay here again, thoroughly enjoyed this place. Pleasant hotel, the staff were all excellent and efficient and the location was peaceful in downtown Cancun.

I loved staying at one cancun centro. The room was spacious, and the location was unbeatable! It's super close to the airport and just a short taxi ride to the mall. The check-in service was fantastic, too. The staff was friendly.

The pillows could definitely be better. They were not very comfortable.

The staff was friendly and cute.

We checked in late and found our room dirty. There were stains on the bedsheets and hair in the shower. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable.

everything was nice, easy location not far from the centro, and the business district of cancun close to the mall by taxi, really good experience. we loved the convenience of the a double room available with free wifi, milk and incredibly comfortable bedding.

The staff was quite busy.

Superb local breakfast! The staff was friendly and helpful. A nice pool made for refreshing swims at night!

The room was small with limited outlets. Shower pressure was low, causing some inconvenience .

I really appreciated the warm welcome we received upon arrival, especially since we were traveling with my special needs son's autism support dog. The pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after our day activities, and our room was tidy and well-kept throughout our stay.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if there were more breakfast options for kids.

Recommend it for families

The breakfast included was amazing with fresh fruit and delicious scrambled eggs which hit the spot after a long travel day. The young man at check in was super helpful and friendly, letting us leave our bags since we got there early.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for what we got.
